A Little More About Me

I've been intuitive and deeply sensitive for as long as I can remember. Even as a young girl, I was aware of the emotions and energies of the people around me. I often found myself listening to others, sensing what was happening beneath the surface, and wanting to help.

As a young adult, I began my own healing journey. I was drawn to books, classes, and teachings about holistic healing, spirituality, and the connection between mind, body, and soul. What began as a search for understanding became something much more profound. As I developed a deeper connection with myself, I began to see how even my most painful experiences could become sources of wisdom and strength.

That journey helped me recognize a calling I'd felt for much of my life: to accompany others as they discover their own capacity for healing and transformation.

And then I became a mother.

Motherhood opened an entirely new chapter of my own becoming. It has brought extraordinary joy and love, along with challenges that have invited me to grow in ways I never anticipated. For me, it has been one of life's most powerful initiations, deepening my connection to the sacred feminine and changing how I understand myself, my relationships, and my purpose.

That experience has also deepened my passion for supporting women as they explore the patterns they've inherited, nurture their relationships with their children and families, and become more conscious creators of their own lives.

I'm still on this journey of becoming, too. And I feel deeply grateful that my work allows me to walk alongside other women as they discover what is unfolding within them.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of experience accompanying women through life's profound transitions.

I believe certain seasons of life invite us into a sacred process of becoming. Motherhood, relationships, spiritual awakening, and unexpected changes can all become thresholds into a deeper understanding of ourselves.

My work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and a holistic appreciation for the emotional and spiritual dimensions of transformation.

The Sacred Act of Becoming

There are moments in a woman's life when something deep within her begins to shift. The familiar ways of being no longer feel quite right. The roles, relationships, and identities that once defined her may begin to change, and she finds herself standing at the threshold of something she cannot yet fully name.

I believe these moments can be sacred initiations.

Whether it's the profound transformation of motherhood, a relationship that changes the course of your life, a spiritual awakening, or a quiet inner knowing that you're being called toward something different, these experiences can invite us into a deeper relationship with ourselves.

And like any meaningful transformation, the process isn't always graceful.

There can be grief for what is ending, uncertainty about what comes next, and a longing to understand the woman who is emerging. There can also be beauty, wonder, and a growing awareness that something within us is asking to be honored.

I've come to think of this process as a kind of inner alchemy. The experiences that unsettle us can also become part of what reshapes us. We begin to question what we've inherited, discover what feels true, and make room for parts of ourselves that have been waiting to emerge.

Walking Beside You

For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of accompanying women through these thresholds. As a licensed clinical social worker, I bring a compassionate, holistic perspective to my work, one that honors the emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of our lives.

My work is rooted in a deep respect for the mystery of becoming. I believe we carry wisdom within us, even during the seasons when we feel uncertain or disconnected from it. Sometimes we need a space where we can listen more closely, explore what is changing, and begin to trust the unfolding.

Because perhaps the most meaningful part of transformation isn't returning to the woman you once were.

It's discovering the woman you're becoming.

“I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless. I will not fix you, for you are not broken. I will not heal you, for I see you in your wholeness.
I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light.”
